The skills you bring

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, performance marketing, or digital tracking, with a burning ambition to master technical implementations.
  • Foundational knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a strong analytical mindset geared towards solving data collection puzzles.
  • A true "tomorrow's mindset"; you are naturally curious about AI, LLMs, and the rapidly evolving future of digital marketing attribution.
  • Full professional fluency in Dutch and English, combined with the ability to clearly document and articulate technical concepts to the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in developing and executing hybrid SEO and GEO strategies to secure visibility in both traditional search and AI Overviews.
  • Support the setup, management, and continuous testing of robust tracking architectures, including server-side GTM and complex GA4 configurations.
  • Conduct technical website audits, optimizing site architecture, speed, and schema markup to meet the demands of modern search and AI engines.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior strategists and developers, learning how to bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level marketing strategy.

The Role: Technical Innovation
and Enterprise Mentorship

In this role, you will be taken under the wing of our senior performance architects to master the critical intersection of technical SEO, modern content optimization (GEO), and flawless data collection. You will not simply be rewriting meta descriptions. You will learn how to structure data so that Large Language Models (LLMs) and Answer Engines prioritize and cite our clients globally.

Furthermore, you will dive into the mechanics of performance tracking, assisting in the configuration of robust server-side environments using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. This ensures our clients' conversion attribution remains bulletproof. We are looking for a sponge, someone with an immense appetite for technical marketing who is eager to absorb knowledge and turn it into measurable pipeline growth for worldwide enterprise brands.
