The Role: Technical Architecture
and Executive Advisory

You will serve as the technical backbone and primary strategic advisor for our highest-stakes enterprise engagements. Your core mandate is to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, extensive re-architecting projects, and complex data migrations from legacy systems directly into the HubSpot ecosystem. You will design scalable data models, create custom objects, and formulate advanced lifecycle logic that aligns intimately with the client’s overarching go-to-market strategy.

Functioning as the critical liaison between business objectives and technical delivery, you will architect advanced workflows and establish seamless API integrations architecture. Furthermore, you will lead technical discovery workshops, acting as a trusted consultant to C-suite and RevOps leaders, translating complex technical frameworks into clear, indisputable business ROI.

The skills you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical CRM consulting, RevOps, or Solution Architecture, with deep, verifiable expertise in HubSpot CRM or equal competitor tooling.
  • Possession of advanced HubSpot Certifications and Accreditations, demonstrating elite proficiency and a commitment to platform mastery. (bonus)
  • An analytical powerhouse characterized by critical thinking; the ability to proactively analyze a business, identify operational gaps, and dictate optimal technical solutions.
  • Complete professional fluency in Dutch and English, combined with the executive presence required to steer complex stakeholder negotiations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Architect and lead complex HubSpot implementations, encompassing extensive CRM data migrations and multi-hub enterprise deployments.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, custom objects, advanced lead routing algorithms, and architect complex API integrations.
  • Act as the principal technical consultant during executive discovery phases, bridging the gap between business strategy and system architecture.
  • Establish rigorous CRM data hygiene standards and governance models that guarantee reliable, board-ready forecasting and reporting.
