The skills you bring

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, demonstrating a successful history of managing substantial enterprise budgets in an agency setting.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform-native algorithms, and complex CRM integrations, including offline conversion tracking.
  • A proven "tomorrow's mindset" with the ability to anticipate digital trends, balancing high-level strategic vision with the willingness to execute complex tactical maneuvers.
  • Absolute fluency in Dutch and English, characterized by the ability to communicate intricate data narratives with clarity and persuasive authority.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Architect and oversee full-funnel performance marketing strategies across search, social, and programmatic advertising networks.
  • Assume total ownership of budget allocation, utilizing advanced attribution modeling to optimize CAC efficiency and maximize ROAS.
  • Act as the primary strategic consultant for key enterprise accounts, delivering actionable insights derived from rigorous data analysis.
  • Mentor and develop junior and medior team members, spearheading sophisticated A/B testing and CRO initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic anchor for our performance marketing division. You are tasked with ensuring that our acquisition efforts consistently transcend industry benchmarks and generate sustainable, scalable revenue.

This involves architecting full-funnel strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and advanced programmatic networks. You will assume total accountability for significant ad budgets, employing sophisticated attribution models to optimize capital allocation and maximize overall ROAS.

Beyond the data, you will act as a trusted executive consultant, translating complex analytics into lucid, actionable business narratives during high-stakes boardroom presentations. Furthermore, you will drive continuous experimentation and serve as a mentor to our medior and junior marketers, cultivating an agency-wide culture of data-driven mastery.
