The Role: Hands-On
Configuration and Inbound Execution
You will be the dedicated, hands-on HubSpot authority, ensuring our clients extract the absolute maximum value from their Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Your daily operations will center on the setup, configuration, and continuous optimization of complex HubSpot portals. You will construct highly efficient automated workflows, segment intricate customer datasets, and implement robust lead-scoring models. A critical aspect of your role involves translating high-level marketing strategies into actionable, technically sound inbound campaigns, designing intricate email nurture sequences and conversion tracking mechanisms.
Furthermore, you will streamline client sales processes by optimizing deal pipelines and ensuring seamless lead handoffs, while simultaneously acting as the primary technical resource for training and troubleshooting.
Because we operate as a true extension of our clients' organizations, this role requires the willingness to work on-site at the client's office to ensure maximum alignment and impact.
