The skills you bring
- Between 3 and 4 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally developed within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
- Solid, hands-on technical knowledge of paid media channels, bid management strategies, and tracking architectures (GTM, pixels, UTM configuration).
- An inherently analytical mind combined with creative problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating independence and a hunger to test new hypotheses.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is strictly required; proficiency in French is considered a strong competitive advantage.
