The Role: Consultative Prospecting
and Pipeline Velocity
You will serve as the tip of the spear for MakeWaves' internal growth, bearing the responsibility for identifying, engaging, and closing ambitious B2B prospects. Your daily operations will be defined by proactive, strategic outbound campaigns, encompassing intelligent networking, cold outreach, and sophisticated social selling via LinkedIn. You will be aided in this effort by our internal marketing team.
You will conduct profound discovery calls, refusing to merely pitch services. Instead, you will uncover complex operational bottlenecks and position MakeWaves' digital marketing and HubSpot solutions as the definitive strategic answer.
You will take rigorous ownership of our CRM, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing, ensuring a healthy and predictable pipeline. Crucially, you will act as a sponge for knowledge, receiving direct, hands-on coaching from agency leadership to continuously refine your pitch and evolve into an elite sales professional.
